Steve was wonderful to deal with from my first tour of the property as a prospective buyer, to his continued interest in making sure I love my home.

We came in from the desert every week to look around & could not find anything to our expectations . To make a long story short we found the finest building that I lived in for the last 30 years. It doesn't stop there. This place is like the Rock of Gibraltar. It's LEED GOLD certified.

They don't take short cuts and they are honest as the day is long... and that's what matters when building a house! They demand perfection from their subcontractors and they won't finish their contracts with subs until they - and most importantly, YOU - are completely satisfied. Several years ago, we bought a newly constructed Pacific Cove home in Santa Monica.
